Dad Elek wakes up to see the lights
Well I have been in the dark for some time now and wanted to come out into the light and say a few things to my wonderful children and all their friends.
As an adult and a parent it is important to let you all know that I needed to make decisions about how to handle many situations in our lives at the drop of a hat. Some may not have been the wisest decisions, but I think they were all made with only your best lives lessons and interests in mind. You have done well in your lives and that tells me I did good. WOW was I ever lucky to have such smart and wise children. You all have made me very proud in the decisions you have made for your lives. This leads to your friends. To all of your friends I must say they are all wonderful people too. None of your friends have ever caused me to worry about your safety when you were with them.Well maybe Joey Z when he told me I was the sh_ts. What I was about to show him he would not have wanted to see.
Tim Jr your art work is the best and I believe you could handle any project in any media that you would need to to be the artist you choose to be.
Jim you really know how to let others know who you are and what you believe in. Continue to help others in lives hard lessons. You are good at it. Follow through in that golf swing too.
Jeremy you were a tough nut to crack but you now know what study and hard work can do for those who stick to it. Never wind another coil of cored wire.
Joshua I don't think you will ever stop surprising me with your lives decisions. You reach for the heavens and they hand you your dreams. You say thank you Lord and you go on to fill those dreams with his blessings. Ask and it shall be given. Seek and you shall find.
Katie your life in North Carolina is hard for me to accept. I do though and I do it with tears in my eyes. You are missed at home and I know you miss home. You will be successful in your life. I have confidence in knowing you and your ability to make those hard decisions that you will make the right decisions for you.
