Welcome to the Elek Holler!
Hey All! This is [a parody created by Joshua of what it might look like if] Mom and Dad [had an] Elek's blog. We're glad to join the fray!
Since this is our first blog entry, we figured we would just get our daily routines out of the way so you know what's going on in our lives:

Tim:
Woke up at 5:15. Drank coffee. Let dogs out. Gave dogs biscuit. Went to workas a CIA operative at Lincoln Electric. Came home. Gave dogs biscuits. Let dogs out. Gave dogs biscuit. Put water in dog's bowls. Gave dogs biscuits. Sat in chair. Fell asleep. Woke up at five-thirty to Deanie coming home. Thought about something funny. Gave dogs biscuits. Made dinner. Ate dinner. Let dogs outside. Gave dogs biscuits. Thought about fishing. Watched TV. Fell asleep in chair with Molly in lap. Someone was snoring really loud and it woke me up. As soon as I woke up, it stopped. Gave Molly biscuit for not telling anyone that I was snoring. Stepped over Maggie and locked every door in the house and turned all the lights off. Went to bed.
If you read that every day, it pretty much covers what I did.

Deane:
Hi! Today has been a beautiful day. Before I woke up this morning, I was having the most beautiful dream about swimming in Monet's water lilly pond, when out of no where a shark in an SS uniform started after me making a horrible and incessant screeching sound. I punched him in the nose and woke up. My alarm was going off making the same sound that the shark was making. I was already running late so I made a mad dash around the house in a hurricane of changing clothes and spritzing perfume. Then I fed the dogs. Maggie, Molly, and Ghyzmeaoux were so good that I just couldn't help but give them all a biscuit before I left. Once I got to work, I put in a full day's work, and then came home. I got home and let the dogs out. Molly was sleeping in Tim's lap and when I opened the door I was worried that she might wake him when she jumped out. But he stayed asleep and I let the dogs out. After they got inside, I gave them each a biscuit for being so good. Then, I went and checked my kid's blogs. I enjoy Josh's blog so much more than all the other ones. I know I'm not supposed to like one child more than the others, but I can't help it. He's just so much smarter, stronger, kinder, and better with the ladies than all my other kids.
Anyway, after I checked my blogs I heard Tim choking himself awake in theliving room kitchen so I went in and we made dinner. After dinner we gave all the left overs to Maggie. She's getting old now, all she does is lay on the floor until dinner is over and then we give her some scraps. Sometimes I wonder if she eats enough.
After dinner we cleaned up and Tim watched TV while I went to watch some of the Home and Garden Channel in the florida room. They had some really great ideas today about how to turn extra tiles into coffee urns! I can't wait to try it. I think we have some nice yellow tiles in the garage that I've been saving for just such an occasion! I let the dogs out and gave them a biscuit for coming right back inside. Ghyszmeaoux is just the absolute cutest!
Then, I went in and checked the blogs again. My kids are all just so funny! I'm so proud of all of them, but especially Josh. He's so handsome, winsome and popular!
After checking blogs, I went in thekitchen living room and watched Court TV for an hour or two before giving the dogs one last biscuit for being so quiet. Then I went to bed. It was a really wonderful day.
